Every summer, 40 highly motivated participants have a unique opportunity to strengthen their talent through leadership development and to emerge better equipped to thrive in the global economy. Here at Black Sea Summer University, you will discuss the global strategic decision, from product design and marketing to organizational design and plant location.

Because once accepted, you will be immersed in a two-weeks training that will challenge their assumptions, disrupt their ordinary ways of seeing business, and introduce them to new and unexpected ways of thinking.
